Steel pipe shot blasting machine is used to clean external surface of steel pipes and similar pipes. By shot blasting, it can remove oxide layers, welding slag. The steel pipe will show metal color after blasting which is good for painting. Thus it can prolong the service life and improve performance of products.
Additional Information:
1. Production time: 30 days
2. Installation and commissioning time: 20 days
3. Installation and commissioning issue: Longcheng will send 1- 2 technicians to help with machine installation and commissioning for our shot blasting machine, the customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet, and salary is USD 80 per day per person.
4. Warranty time of shot blasting machine: 12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
5. Payment terms: 30% as down payment, 70% balance at sight of B/L copy before delivery6. Longcheng supplies full English documents, including general installation drawing, pit design drawing, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book, maintenance book and etc.
