MACHINE :

This series equipments use all protects and the non-pit design, and is disposited wire rods special-purpose force built-in impeller heads, the wearing parts are few, the replacement is simple quickly, the production efficiency is extremely high.
1. Remove rust and oxide layer on the surface of the wire.
2. After blasting, wire rod surface presents a uniform roughness, which will help to increase the adhesion of the aluminum clad copper clad, cladding uniform will never fall off.

TRADE TERMS:

1. Production time: 35 days 
2. Installation and commissioning time: 40 days
3. Installation and commissioning issue: we will send 1-2 technicians to help with machine installation and commissioning for our shot blasting  machine, the customer pays for their tickets,hotel and diet, and salary is USD 60 per day  per person.
4. Warranty time of shot blasting  machine: 12 months from date of commissioning    completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
5. Payment terms: 30% as down payment, 70% balance at sight of B/L copy before delivery6. We supplies full English documents, including general installation drawing, pit  design drawing, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book, maintenance  book and etc.
